The I-TRACK Foundation would like to invite Registrants under AENOR (Peru), Instituto Totum (Brazil), and Transpower (New Zealand) to participate in a survey as part of an official Quality Assurance review that the I‑TRACK Foundation is currently conducting in collaboration with these local Issuers.
Background information Quality Assurance
Why quality assurance checks matter?
Accredited Issuers must perform their tasks in line with the requirements of the International Attribute Tracking Standard and the I-REC Code for Electricity. To ensure that I-REC(E) is of the highest possible quality, the I-TRACK Foundation conducts periodic Quality Assurance checks with Accredited Issuers. These checks consist of two parts:
- A review of the Issuer’s adherence to the International Attribute Tracking Standard and the I-REC Code for Electricity between the I-TRACK Foundation and the Issuer directly, and
- Collecting direct insights from Registrants through this survey.
What is your role in this process?
As a recipient of services from one of these issuers, your feedback is essential. Your insights help us identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the quality and reliability of our services.
